How do I return an item?

RETURNS:

Purchases may be returned no more than 7 business days after the shipment arrival (weekends and holidays excluded.) Customers must first contact us within the 7 days and be granted a Return Merchandise Authorization in order or any return purchases to be accepted by us for a refund (shipping, handling, return shipping fees and charges are NON-Refundable.) Customers are be responsible for return all items in its original condition, and original packaging. If item gets damaged during return shipping, you would have to claim with your shipping carrier for the damaged items. All goods returned in good condition will receive credit. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt. Any items returned without a RMA number obtained from our staff will be rejected. So be sure to write your RMA number big and visible on the box when you are returning it. All damaged or wrong orders delivered are subject to the same conditions above.

There are certain items that are not returnable and we reserve the right to deny a customer's request to return those items. Please contact our customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

CANCELLATION:

Any customer who wish to change and / cancel an order they have made must do so within 24 hours (1 business day) after the order is placed via email or telephone. All cancellation request made after are subject to a penalty fee or decline. Processed orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the invoice total. Please verify all orders before submitting a cancellation request.
